PAUL SMITH 


Mr. Smith began his law enforcement career in 1975 as an investigator with Essex County Prosecutor’s Office and later accepted a position of Supervisor with the New Jersey Organized Crime and Racketeering Task Force.  During his 25 year career, he was part of a highly successful team which prosecuted some of the tri-state’s most infamous crimes including the arrest and conviction of Richard “The Ice Man” Kuklinski along with the incarceration of over 100 associates and high ranking members of all seven organized crime families operating in the tri-state area. After retirement in 2000, these accomplishments and experience with the government led to assembling an experienced network of superbly trained, retired law enforcement agents with an assortment of skills. These alliances with security experts, has enabled Integrity Investigative Services to continue the team concept resulting in an outstanding success rate in resolving the needs of an ever-growing roster of corporate, healthcare and private clientele.

JOHN P. LUCICH


John P. Lucich is a seventeen year veteran of law enforcement and spent more than eight years with the New Jersey General's Office, Organized Crime Racketeering & Corruption Bureau seizing and analyzing computers in support of a variety of criminal offenses. He has now been in the private sector for more than twelve years, imaging and analyzing computers in support of civil and criminal cases. He is a regular guest on the Nancy Grace Show, Fox News, Headline News and many other shows, sharing his expertise. Mr. Lucich testified as an expert witness before the United States Congress in 1993 and delivered a keynote speech along with Bill Gates and General Colin Powell at CAWorld96.

EDWARD J. TOMAS


Upon completion of his B.S. degree in Criminal Justice, Mr. Tomas entered the U.S. Marine Corps.  Officer Candidate School. After receiving an Honorable Discharge, Mr. Tomas began his career in law enforcement. Mr. Tomas commenced with a local police department and then progressed to the Hunterdon County Prosecutors office as a Supervising Investigator in charge of Narcotics. He later assumed the position of State Investigator in charge of Technical Operations for the elite New Jersey Statewide Organized Crime, Narcotics and Racketeering Task Force.

Mr. Tomas then accepted a position with the Central Intelligence Agency as an Intelligence Officer supporting worldwide operations. In this position Mr. Tomas gained significant experience involving the application of human photographic and technical intelligence resources in support of hostage rescue, counterterrorism, security, counter narcotics, intelligence and matters relating to national security.
